We strive to deliver your goods according to your order and within the selected delivery time.
For health and safety reasons, and to prevent any property damage, deliveries are made to the exterior of a ground-floor location at the delivery address. If the item needs to be transported from the delivery point, you must make your own arrangements at your own risk. We do not offer unpacking, installation, fitting, or waste removal services unless agreed in writing.
Please note, delivery drivers are not insured to drive off public highways. If your delivery address is in a remote location or not on a public road, the driver will deliver the goods to the nearest point on the public road. By placing an order, you accept these terms. If you refuse delivery due to the driver not being able to reach the exact location, you will be charged for both the delivery and collection fees.

If you wish to return an item via collection, please contact one of our branches to arrange it. Once the goods are collected, we can either issue a credit or refund. A restocking fee of at least 25% may apply, and special non-stock orders are not eligible for returns.
We do not offer cash on delivery (COD). Payments must be made either via Telephone or in-store.
The Canvey Supply Co. LTD. accept returns. All goods must be in their original condition with a purchase receipt or proof of purchase. Upon receipt of the returned item, we will inspect the item to see if you are entitled to a return. Refund will be issued via the original payment method.

By ordering from us, you agree that:
The product descriptions and prices are correct to the best of our knowledge.
Any custom or made-to-order goods are non-returnable.
Goods remain our property until full payment is received.
Delivery is kerbside only, unless arranged otherwise.
You must inspect goods on delivery and report any damage immediately.
Returns accepted within 30 days if goods are unused and in original packaging.
Custom / special-order goods cannot be returned.
Return delivery costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
Faulty or damaged items must be reported within 48 hours with photo evidence.
