The Isover Cavity Wall Slab (CWS) 32 1.2m x 455 x 150mm (L x W x T) Natural Pack of 4 is a BBA certified glass mineral wool slab providing thermal performance in external masonry cavity walls.

Manufactured with a water repellent binder, the strong, resilient and flexible slabs are 455mm wide to fit between standard wall tie spacingis made from glass mineral wool which is designed to fit between standard stud spacing. The slabs are manufactured from molten glass that goes through a rotary spinning process to produce fibres.

The fibre are treated with a resin and is formed into a continuous mat to a required thickness, the mat is passed into an oven to cure and then cut to the required dimensions. It has a declared thermal conductivity of 0.034 W/mK that helps to reduce heat loss within the building envelope and decrease energy costs.
