Bituminous felt adhesive is a cold applied product meaning it is a liquid coating that cures to from a rubber like elastomeric waterproof membrane. This should only be applied to clean, dry, dust free surfaces. Dusty or porous surfaces should be primed first with penetration primer. Suitable for use on asphalt, felt and metal and concrete. Not suitable to be used over tar based products.
