Ordering
By ordering from us, you agree that:
- The product descriptions and prices are correct to the best of our knowledge.
- Any custom or made-to-order goods are non-returnable.
Payment
Goods remain our property until full payment is received.
Delivery
- Delivery is kerbside only, unless arranged otherwise.
- You must inspect goods on delivery and report any damage immediately.
Returns
- Returns accepted within 30 days if goods are unused and in original packaging.
- Custom / special-order goods cannot be returned.
- Return delivery costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
- Faulty or damaged items must be reported within 48 hours with photo evidence.
Liability
We are not responsible for:
- Losses due to incorrect installation
- Colour/texture variations in natural materials
- Delays caused by factors outside our control
Delivery Information
We offer local delivery across Essex. Delivery availability may depend on order size, product type, vehicle access and location.
- Delivery times are estimates.
- Customers must provide clear access.
- Kerbside delivery applies unless agreed otherwise.
- Unpacking, fitting, installation and waste removal are not included.
Returns Policy
Canvey Supply accepts returns on eligible goods. Items must be unused, undamaged, in original condition and accompanied by proof of purchase.
- Used, worn, altered or damaged goods cannot be returned.
- Special non-stock orders cannot usually be returned.
- Mixed paint, cut goods, bulk bags and loose materials cannot usually be returned.
- A restocking charge may apply.
